I am passionate about my health and yours!
With a Masters of Occupational Therapy and 30+ years in healthcare and fitness, my mid-life mission is: to help others age well with strength, confidence and community.
Trained in bone health exercise through the National Osteoporosis Foundation plus a Menopause Fitness Specialist, I use the latest research to design group classes that build stronger bones and stronger bodies.
Also, a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, blending the best of both worlds: strength training and yoga into mindful, highly effective workouts is one of my passions!
Doing less, becoming weaker and stiffer is NOT a natural or inevitable
part of getting older.
